These are the main commercial terms for Seeya subscriptions. The full subscription agreement is shared with you before you sign up and takes precedence over this summary.

Plans and pricing

• Plans are priced by the number of active team members: up to 5 for €29 a month, up to 15 for €49 a month, up to 30 for €69 a month. Above 30, each extra active team member is €2.50 a month.
• Yearly payment gives a 5% discount: €330.60, €558.60 or €786.60 per year.
• A one-time on-site setup of €299 covers installation, filming your team, your first offer and training.
• Extras: €4.99 per video you upload yourself, and film crew refresh visits from €175 for up to two hours.

Term and cancellation

Every subscription has a 12-month minimum term starting on installation day. After the first year you can cancel monthly, with one month’s notice.

Payments

If a payment fails, Seeya keeps running for 14 days while you update your payment details. After that, new receipts stop getting a QR code until the payment goes through. Offers already given to guests stay valid.
